SWIC 2026 Itikaaf Application
In order for your application to be considered you must: (i) provide a copy of photographic ID; (ii) complete this form; (iii) be aged 16 or over; and (iv) provide such other information/documentation as the Trustees of SWIC may request an applicant.
The Trustees will advise you if your application has been successful. They reserve the right to decline any application without assigning any reason.
